💡Career Development Programme Kick-off Meeting

On April 14, 2023, the Career Development Programme of the OrChESTRA Project officially took off!

We were joined by our dedicated project partners, including: Hans Wyss from Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), Wolfgang Eberle representing the Interuniversity Microelectronics Centre (IMEC), Can Dinçer and Konstantinos Mitsakakis from the University of Freiburg (UFR).

The OrChESTRA Career Development Programme is all about empowering our Early Stage Researchers (ESRs) with the skills and competencies they need to excel in their research and set the stage for their future careers.

During the meeting mentors presented their current positions and research topics as well as their career development path. Also the mentees were introduced to their assigned mentors and the procedures and planned timeline of the process were discussed.
