🚀Cleanroom Visit by ODTÜ MEMS Researchers

As part of the OrChESTRA Project, our researchers Evren Erdil and Evrim Özçakır had the fantastic opportunity to visit Universität-Freiburg, Albert-Ludwigs-Universität, IMTEK-Institut für Mikrosystemtechnik, RSC (Reinraum Service Center) from July 24th to July 26th, 2023.

Over these three days, our researchers engaged in in-depth discussions and shared best practices with their peers, gaining valuable insights into cleanroom operations. The agenda included a firsthand exploration of cleanroom facilities and technical infrastructure, hands-on experiences alongside the host technicians, and enlightening tours of various labs on campus.

Such collaborative initiatives are instrumental in advancing our research capabilities, and we look forward to implementing these learnings back at ODTÜ MEMS Center.
